My name is Justin M. Lesniewski. I’m a teacher, coach, podcaster, and writer who wants to inspire you to live your most authentic and passionate life, which is difficult in our increasingly farcical world.
As a teacher, I inform and intrigue students to define their terms so they can experience the world and think deeply about it then share those experiences and thoughts.
As a coach, I train athletes in the methodology of self-improvement and success so they can independently make the decision to be urgent, intense, and consistent with the understanding that there are no shortcuts and you have to earn it every day.
As a podcaster, I perform the process of “witnessing the farce,” identifying recent absurdities in the culture and contemplating why they are absurd, so listeners can take a step back, relax, breathe, don’t react, and realize that the worst thing you can ever do is let the farce get the best of you.
As a writer, I share my experiences and thoughts with the hope that they can inspire and help someone else the way the art of others inspires and helps me.
